Ok, maybe it’s not the newest around and probably an obvious choice therefore not what you’re asking for but Mondo Media is probably still one of the leading innovators in the new media world. ‘Happy Tree Friends’ is probably their most famous creation but my favorite was Zombie College.

One of the funniest of a new brand of web comedy shows is Dorkumentary, an all improv show starring Adria Dawn, known for her work on Popular, Nip/Tuck and lots of other TV shows.
